I am super stressed and not sure why. Well, I do know that there have been a lot of weird things going on lately. My finger being dislocated is just one of them. Being in the newspaper twice is interesting. I find it odd that while I’m still here on "temporary contract assignment" that I’ve fit in rather well. It’ll be three years on June 1st. I’ve been with The Company for seven years on May 15th. I suspect that the coffee I’m drinking in the morning needs to be completely decaf, not just half-caf. No reason to feed my disorder the caffeine that it thrives on. Let me share what’s been up in the real world as of late.
I’ve been running TheRealWorldPhilly.com for about two weeks now. I’ve been in the paper twice. Actually, another columnist wrote me today asking for an interview. It’s a little weird. I’m just observing stuff that’s outside the building. I did the same thing for Pat’s and Geno’s, but I sure didn’t get the same amount of attention. The site is a completely unofficial fan site. There are many of them out there. I don’t really want anything out of the investment of time I’m putting in. I just like that I’m able to share the experience with neighbors that I didn’t know I had before. Once all of this is over we’ll still have this site to meet with each other on. We’ll be able to watch the show every week and, I’m sure, go over everything with a fine toothed comb. At the moment, however, we have only intermitted observations and a few photos here and there. We have absolutely no clue what drama, if any, is going on. The potential for spoilers is relatively low and most everything that’s been posted has been purely speculation. I’m sure that they (the producers) or whoever was visiting the site were interested in actually having a conduit into what people were seeing — and especially into what we are not seeing, since the element of surprise is totally key for a reality show.
