To the left is a graphic representation of a sign on the freeway that I use to gauge my Coming Home travel time. If traffic is kicking ass then it'll say ''9 MIN'' travel time or thereabouts. If it's rush hour then it'll say anything from 19+ minutes to 30 or more. I try to avoid those times. I'd rather be learning. Today I drove the DeLorean to work and I'm always picky about avoiding the excessive traffic. Speaking of cars... I think I sold my Eclipse to someone in Ohio. We'll see. They're working things out with bankers. I am hedging on whether or not I should get the Element right away. If they come out with a hybrid model for 2006 then I'm down. I'm a hybrid, so I'll take one, too.

I'm listing to my iPod random shuffle selection. It's not bad as long as I don't get stuck on any of the soundtracks. Listening to the orchestration for ''Contact'' or ''Superman III'' is sometimes interesting, but I need my rock / rap / soul / death metal with someone signing during it. Okay? I'm even agreeable to listening to Elton John's The Big Picture album when a track comes on. Anne Murray, however. Not on my playlist.
